Description

Synchronous chip seal refers to the use of a synchronous chip seal vehicle to spray asphalt binder and stone at the same time, so that the asphalt binder and stone have the most adequate contact to achieve the maximum bonding between them. It is easier to ensure a stable ratio between the binder and the stone, improve operation productivity, reduce mechanical equipment, and reduce construction costs. After the asphalt pavement is sealed with a synchronous chip seal, it has better anti-skid and anti-seepage performance, which can effectively heal the pavement.

1. The asphalt tank capacity is 7000 liters, the hopper capacity is 11 cbm.
2.  The full hydraulic drive mode is adopted, and no auxiliary power is required to make the operation simpler and more convenient. The efficient heat transfer oil circulation heating is adopted to greatly improve the heating speed.
3.  The electrical control and automatic operation are adopted to accurately calculate the amount of asphalt spraying and stone spreading during the construction process.
4.  spray system: 34 pcs of automatic control nozzles, 0m-4m spraying width, one control one, three overlapping spray, with thermal oil system.
5. Stable chipping spreading system: 10 individually controlled switch gates, the size of the switch gates is adjustable.
6. Automatic compensation spread device for chipping, which makes the spreading more uniform.
